Registration Fees and Deadlines:
Early registration deadline to receive the early registration discount is Monday, September 17, 2012. Final deadline for mailing in registrations is Monday, September 24, 2012 or we may not receive them in time. Please call 1-503-570-3376 if after that date so we know you are coming.
Registrations fees for Sukkot NW 2012 at Finley Butte are as follows:
These registration fees are for the entire festival, and not a daily fee. There is no per diem registration fee. It is the same early registration fee of $40 for one adult whether you attend one day or the entire festival.

An early registration discount is added for motivation to get your registrations to us in a timely manner as we need to know how many will attend so that we can purchase various supplies, coffee, plates, etc, and print the nametags before traveling to Sukkot NW.
The family maximum is to help larger families. The definition of "family" for this purpose is: related people in the same household budget. If you have a foster child or have guardianship, that is included in “family”. The purpose of the registration fee is not to exclude, but to help cover some of the costs involved. Donations are appreciated and needed, but we don't pass a plate nor will we make endless pleas for donations at Sukkot. If these fees are a hardship for anyone, please let us know before 9/17/12.

To register for Sukkot NW 2012 at Finley Butte, please fill out the on-line registration form. After you fill out the form, you will be taken to a payment information page. You have the option to pay by debit, credit, or electronic check using PayPal (you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal) or you may mail a check or money order payable to “Hoshana Rabbah Sukkot NW” to:

If paying by check or money order, please include a note that it is for Sukkot NW Registration and the names of the persons the registration is for so we can easily match them up. This information will be also be on the payment information page.

POLICIES: Important, please read!
Lost & Found: Please check the lost & found box before you leave for home. All items left behind at Sukkot NW will be held for one month for you to claim. If requested, we can ship them to you at your cost. After one month, all items not claimed will be donated to those in need.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registration is fully refundable if we receive notice of cancellation in writing before 9/17/12. After that date we have purchased supplies with the expectation that you will be there and refunds are not available. Lulavim purchases are fully refundable if we receive notice of cancellation in writing before noon on Thursday, 9/13/12. After that, our order cannot be cancelled with the supplier. If you do not pick up your Lulavim at SukkotNW in La Pine by the second day of Sukkot, unless you contact us to hold it for you, it may be donated to SukkotNW for the purpose of use by those who could not afford to purchase a set of their own.
